Can I refuse drug testing while on probation?
– DC, Texas
No. If you feel that you are being unfairly singled out then you should contact me. I have been to get conditions of supervision modified. It is a standard condition of probation that clients submit to testing. It is not a standard condition that you have to lose your job or drop out of school because you’re being tested randomly multiple times a week or a month.
